Chloe Ure is a Canada-born Nevadan. Seeing as she grew up in the snow, she felt there was no better place to migrate to than Reno Tahoe, if only to keep her love for the wondrous winters alive and well. She’s been in Reno for going on a decade now. As someone who relishes the wilderness, Chloe enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, their three dogs and her many friends. She’s a well-known face around this city. Is it because she’s always on the mountain or because she operates as the co-owner of the historical Reno restaurant, the Brasserie Saint James (to help pay for her ski passes, of course)? The Brasserie is where you’ll find her most afternoons, as she strives to serve the community with uniquely elevated dishes and beverages, all while establishing that “eating at home with your family” feel. Be sure to come say “hello” over a cold beer and some wacky ski-talk with her!
