Event Calendar Submission

Thank you for your interest in submitting a listing for the VisitRenoTahoe.com Events Calendar. Please review the following submission guidelines, then complete the form to be considered:

• This website does not serve as a community calendar for locally-based activities. In support of our goal to attract overnight visitors to Washoe County, it is preferred that events motivate and interest tourists to visit the destination.
• Events should be open to the public.
• We reserve the right to edit or modify your event description.
• Allow seven business days for your request to be reviewed and uploaded to the calendar, if approved.
• Typically, following the types of activities are not included on the calendar: local fundraisers, meetings, job fairs, trade shows/expos, workshops, open houses, services for local residents, private events.
• Submission does not guarantee that your event will be added to the calendar.

In order to have your event considered, please review our Event Submission Criteria above and complete the form below. NOTE: Submission does not guarantee that your event will be added to the events calendar. Please allow 5-7 business days for events to be added.
